Yes, it's possible to profit consistently in Forex trading once you are able to control or manage your emotions. The emotion of fear most likely happened when you are in losing situation where your fear of losing push you to add more positions to cover up, neglecting the multiplied risk involved. You have to work on getting high probability trades, like using at least 1:2 risk reward ratio , trading only in the direction of the general trend and more based on your trading system rules.

Genuinely Speaking there is not one guaranteed trading strategy to win consistently for forex. I mean there are lots of strategies to use for forex winning tactics. Maintaining consistency is the Most Important key for forex trading. Like if you will trade 5 days a week, let suppose if you make 4 days profit of around 3000USD and in next day you will lose 3500USD so it will not beneficial at all and even you will be demotivated. So don’t make such mistakes and yes also don’t trade with your real money if you haven’t any knowledge of trading.

Yes it is, if by "consistently" you mean periods of success interspersed with some periods of failure (subject to the condition that the number of successful trades are at least twice the number of failed trades, and the reward is at least twice the size of the risk).

Your focus on money is one of the main reasons why you are not consistently making money in the markets. Most people enter the markets seeking freedom from their jobs or quick riches.
