Don't enter the market with the intention of recovering from losses. You may make more mistakes and lose more money. I suggest initially for six months stop intraday and be a long-term investor. Spread your capital among four to five fundamentally strong companies from different sectors. Soon you will be able to come out of the loss. A stock market is a place where everyone loses money. Don't be nervous about it and look at it as part of the game.

Depending on whether the loss was orchestrated unlawfully and whether the broker is a license holder, you may be able to file a fraud lawsuit. In spite of this, legal recovery procedures vary from one jurisdiction to another. Get legal advice about your options from competent federal regulators and law enforcement with extensive experience in the area of your need.
