The experienced trader uses which type of systems and strategies?

<p id="isPasted">With discipline. I believe key to success is that don't feel happy when you make lots of profit and don't feel sad when you loose lots of money. If u can do that.....sooner or later, you will be successful.</p><p>I do this everyday:</p><ol><li>Start my day at 8:45Pm my checking global cues and understand sentiment.</li><li>From 9:10 Am to 9:30am I draw levels , supports and resistances on indices like nifty and bank nifty. market opens at 9:15am.</li><li>From 9:30am to 9:45 am I check OI and add strike prices to watchlist on which I will trade today.</li><li>I place my trades at around 9:50 am and soon after that I set stoploss orders as well and add those trades opstra as well for deeper analysis. Then I set price alert for 5 points before my SL hits.</li><li>Now I have breakfast at around 10:20am depending on what my SL was, If SL has enough points then I peacefully have breakfast and then take a break for as long as my alerts ring up. Till that time I connect my TV and keep split screen for continuous market watch at 5 min graph. I can do anything in this time like watching movies etc.</li><li>As soon as my alert rings I get active again which happens all the time as my strategies are accustomed to current volatile market and I make profits mostly out of re-entries.</li><li>As soon as SL hits I continuously watch for re-entry and then I do not leave screen till the end. Usually this happens between 12:30 to 2:30pm.</li><li>At last I close my trades at 3:00 PM.</li><li>Analyse my performance on opstra fro 20 or 30 mins and then call it a day before 4 PM.</li><li>I give at least one more out at night to do historical analysis everyday.</li></ol>
