Why are bitcoin owners making a crypto exit?

<p id="isPasted">Bitcoin is the money, we're being slowly brainwashed into thinking it's an investment. A holding strategy to increase our wealth in dollars. USA is not standing by while the USD gets raped by bitcoin. They tried to stop it. Ban it. Label it as 'money for criminals' 'bad for the environment'. Where's all that now?? The game has shifted and the only way they stop it, is to get people to never use it. Only sell for dollars. And those that sell, the bitcoin gets scooped up by blackrock, saylor and the US government. Never to be used again. And the crazy part is, that incentivises never using it, as less and less become available, the dollar 'price' increases. So you hold and hold until you sell. And next thing you know, we're in the year 2135, with only the bitcoin left to mine and a few people holding it. The 'price' is so high that the only entities that can buy the remaining bitcoin is blackrock for the etfs. Done and dusted. You want bitcoin? Well you have to buy the etfs.</p>
