The demo account is used for practicing which means your investment is virtual and in live account you invest real money. In demo account you don't even invest a single penny, but can trade like all the other traders. The trading conditions prices and commissions remain same in both accounts.
A real forex account involves trading with actual funds, while a demo account involves simulated trading using virtual funds. Transactions made in a demo account have no impact on the real market, and profits or losses in a demo account do not reflect actual financial results. A demo account is often used by traders to test their strategies and techniques before applying them in a real account, as it provides a risk-free environment for practicing and improving skills.

This means that with a real account, you can make real profits and losses, while with a demo account, you cannot.

Another difference between a real account and a demo account is that real accounts typically have higher minimum deposit requirements than demo accounts. This is because real accounts are used to trade real money, so brokers need to make sure that traders have enough money to cover their losses.

Finally, real accounts typically …
